When will my pictures be ready? |
Answer: This will differ for each league but generally photos taken on photo day will be delivered prior to the midpoint of your leagues season schedule. League specific delivery info will be distributed to all league administrators prior to your league’s scheduled photo day and will also be available online throughout the season. |
How do I place an order? |
Answer: Orders may be placed at game sites during the season, or placed online at EFXSports.com. Check the link to find your league’s order page. |
What forms of payment do you accept? |
Answer: You can pay online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Game site orders may be paid for with cash or check as well as the credit cards listed above. Please note that returned checks will be charged a $15.00 Returned Check Charge. |
| I have more than one child in this league. Can I get a discount for multiple player orders? |
Answer: Check your league specific order form to see what special multiple player offers are available for your league. |
Will I be able to order additional items after the season? |
Answer: Yes. Each league will have a gallery available in the off season to order additional photo items. |
Is there a deadline for placing orders? |
Answer: Team photos and posed individual photos may be ordered anytime throughout the season and beyond via the online gallery. Action shot photo item orders must be received prior to the mid-point of the season to ensure that our league photographers have enough games left to get sufficient game action footage of your player. |

My child was not present on picture day. Are there make-up photo days available? |
Answer: Contact your on-site EFX Sports representative on game day to arrange for a make-up photo appointment with your league photographer. |
How will my pictures be delivered? |
Answer: In season deliveries will be made at your league’s game site at the EFX Sports display booth. Check your league specific order form for delivery dates and times. Online orders placed after the season will be shipped via mail for an additional postage and handling fee. |
| I want to order regular prints and not photo items. Am I able to buy photographs of game action shots? |
Answer: Yes. After we have processed all of our pre-orders, we will post a gallery of the best game images in our archive from the season. You will be able to select game prints from that gallery at that time. Check your league order page to see when your gallery will be available. |
